We are about 12 miles from the A.30

From the B3254 (the Launceston to Liskeard road)
If you are travelling south from Launceston, you pass through Upton Cross and take the next left, signposted to Caradon Town.
Follow this narrow lane, after half a mile you will pass through Caradon Town (mind the ducks), keep straight on for another half a mile. Fanolas Farm will be found on your left.
Turn down the drive and and you have arrived.
