Field End and Field View are our dog-friendly properties. We make a small charge of £24 for bringing a dog or dogs to stay with us. This covers the cost of extra cleaning, but also includes a dog welcome pack which has dog treats and poo bags, but also things for you to use during your stay - dog bowls, dog towels and dog blankets.
Both properties have dog-secure gardens and access to the 2-acre dog walking field which is situated opposite Field End and just a short way along the lane from Field View.
There are wonderful walks on Bodmin Moor amongst the wild beauty of the landscape and the Cornish Mining Heritage. Quite a few of the beaches are dog-friendly all year round. Others only allow dogs before 10am and after 6pm during the summer months.
All the nearest pubs and tea rooms are very welcoming to dogs, so they can always be with you, they won't miss out!
We ask that you keep your dog on its lead around the farm when it is not in the garden or the dog walking field, as we have livestock around and our own farm dogs.
Please do not bring dogs down to our bottom yard where there may be loose livestock around.

Dog-friendly beaches near Fanolas Farm
There are many dog-friendly beaches a short drive from Fanolas Farm.
Seaton, Downderry and Millendreath are our nearest beaches and they are all dog-friendly all year round.
Seaton is about 30 mins away and has good parking just by the beach. Downderry is just next to Seaton, but parking can be an issue, although you can easily walk along from Seaton at low tide.
Millendreath also has parking just by the beach, it is just along the coast from Seaton towards Looe in its own cove.
Finnygook, which is a little bit further along the coast allow dogs on during the winter months but limit access to dogs from July 1st - August 31st to before 10am and after 6pm
There are many beaches throughout Cornwall that welcome dogs all year round and wherever you are heading you are sure to find a dog friendly beach nearby.
Dog walking on Bodmin Moor
You can be on Bodmin Moor in 6 minutes from Fanolas Farm. You can park on the edge of the moor just near to the entrance to Wheal Tor and just along from Trevallicks Farm Shop and tea room, (which are both dog-friendly). From here you can explore Caradon Hill and all its mining heritage and beautiful moorland landscapes.
Or you can park up in Minions, which is less than 15 minutes from Fanolas Farm and explore the Hurlers or the Cheesewring. There is also a dog-friendly tea room in Minions.
